1. Introduction
Welcome to MTD Metals Ltd  ("MTD, MTD metals,we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, www.mtdpreciousmetals.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Business ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Services Provided
MT Ed Precious Metals specializes in purchasing dental scrap containing precious metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Our services are intended for businesses and individuals in the dental industry within the United Kingdom.

3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By submitting items to us, you confirm that you own the items outright or have the legal right to sell them.

4. How the Process Works

Sending Items: Customers interested in selling their dental scrap should complete the form available on our Site. We will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for sending the items to us.

Evaluation: Once we receive your items, our team will evaluate the precious metal content.

Offer: Based on our evaluation, we will make an offer, which will be valid for 48 hours from when we notify you.

Acceptance or Rejection: You can accept or reject our offer within 48 hours. If accepted, we will initiate payment promptly. If you reject, we will return the items at no cost to you.

5. Postage of Metals
We supply a free-to-use Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope (license number NATC25185/; PB4) for your convenience. Simply mail it at a post office counter and retain the receipt, which insures the contents up to £2,500 with the Royal Mail and facilitates tracking via the Royal Mail website.

6. Payment Options
We offer several payment options:

Cash: We can send payments in cash via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured, to an address of your choosing.

Cheque: Payments can be made by cheque and sent by mail.

Bank Transfer: We also offer direct bank transfer for quick and secure payments.

7. Live Price Feed
The “London Fix Price” is a global, daily set price for precious metals, issued by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and its member banks, who are the largest OTC (over-the-counter) traders of physical metals in the world. The price is agreed upon and fixed based on current buying/selling interest. For gold, it is set twice per day, and for silver, it is set once per day. The live feed at the top of every page of our Site displays the London Fix Prices, which we use to price your dental scrap.

8. Pricing and Offers
All prices and offers are subject to market fluctuations and may vary based on the current value of precious metals. We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers accordingly.

9. Shipping and Insurance

Shipping: We provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label for customers within the UK. Please ensure items are securely packaged.

Insurance: All shipments using our Royal Mail Special Delivery service are insured up to £2,500. If your items exceed this value, please contact us for additional insurance options.

10. Liability

Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our Site. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the Site. Our total liability in any event is limited to the value of the items submitted.
